Evergreen Christmas Tree Cake

Hohoho it's that time of the year again! This year we wanted to do something more fun and colourful, but couldn't settle on just one design. With 2 different exterior variants, our Christmas Tree Cake is made with ginger spice buttermilk cake, strawberry jam, pistachio ganache, and ginger spice buttercream.

The smaller Evergreen Christmas Tree has a 10cm base and is 32cm tall. This is a more traditional looking tree with buttercream and gingerbread ornaments.
