We recreated the Twix in cake form. Made with chocolate sour cream sponge and layers of muscovado salted caramel, muscovado dark chocolate ganache, burnt butter buttercream with crunchy cacao nibs, and dark chocolate ganache. With an extra layer of vanilla shortbread for that nice crunch.
