Vintage Christmas Tree Cake

Hohoho it's that time of the year again! This year we wanted to do something more fun and colourful, but couldn't settle on just one design. With 2 different exterior variants, our Christmas Tree Cake is made with ginger spice buttermilk cake, strawberry jam, pistachio ganache, and ginger spice buttercream.

The larger Vintage Christmas Tree has a 16cm wide base and is 42cm tall. We took extra care to give this a classic look while still evoking the Christmas spirit.
